Therm-A-Cor engineers have over 30 years experience with incinerators,
oxidizers, and process heaters. For all operational equipment,
Therm-A-Cor records and generates real time reports of the process
safety, operational efficiency, and operational limitations of
industrial fired equipment, emission estimates for boilers, process
heaters, regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO), recuperative oxidizers
(RO), catalytic incinerators, and hazardous waste incinerators.
Therm-A-Cor also defines the operational characteristics of burners
mounted in other combustion systems. This "hands on"
experience is critical for the forensic evaluation of combustion
systems and fume collections systems. This experience provides
insight into operational problems encountered prior to and during
an accident.
Therm-A-Cor has designed, operated, tested, and provided trouble
shooting analysis for combustion systems. Therm-A-Cor is known
nationwide for our experience forensic evaluation of refinery
heaters, high temperature process heaters, hot oil vaporizers,
hot oil heaters, LNG vaporizers, water heaters and boilers. Industrial
organic fume collection systems with their associated operational
problems have been examined in detail by Therm-A-Cor engineers.
Control systems for boilers, heaters, vaporizers, incinerators
and oxidizers have been designed, installed and tested under the
direction of the Therm-A-Cor engineers. Therm-A-Cor engineers
provide expert testimony for process combustion systems in US
District Court. Principal Donald Corwin, PE is a registered engineer
in 14 states and is a board certified Forensic Engineer.
